Louise is a Connecticut native and lived in Brookfield since 1989. She is married to Robert Marconi, and has 2 daughters: Elizabeth, sophomore at UCONN (and 2008 graduate of Brookfield High School) and Christina, a sophomore at Brookfield High School.
Louise has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the Barney School of Business of the University of Hartford.
Louise was the Democratic Nominee for State Representative for the 107th District (Brookfield and Bethel) in 1992 and 2000. She was elected to and served for two years on the ZBA (Zoning Board of Appeals) and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Water Pollution Control Authority while also serving on the Board of Assessment Appeals. Louise is now seeking her fourth term on the Board of Assessment Appeals where she hopes to continue her work fairly and impartially hearing the tax assessment appeals of her fellow Brookfield residents. She is also a member of the Brookfield League of Women Voters, and serves on committees for Rely For Life.
Professionally, Louise is an experienced banker, serving as Assistant Manager of the Ridgefield, Connecticut office of Bank of America.
